Hi! 👋 I'm Elles Skony - I’ve spent my career helping people and companies navigate the messy middle, those seasons of growth, change, and possibility that bring both excitement and chaos.
As the founder of Organized Chaos Consulting, I partner with founders, executive teams and HR leaders as a Fractional Chief People Officer and strategic advisor. My work is grounded in the belief that conscious, drama-free leadership is a business strategy - one that builds trust, drives accountability, and helps companies move faster with less friction. I help leaders operationalize their commitments, turning values into daily behaviors, communication rhythms, and systems that create clarity and alignment.
My approach draws on nearly two decades in people leadership across high-growth startups, scaling organizations, and mission-driven brands. I have led talent and culture for fast-growing technology companies recognized nationally for their workplace excellence, and where I deepened my practice in conscious leadership and saw firsthand how presence and awareness can transform a business. Since then, I’ve partnered with organizations across industries to build intentional, high-accountability cultures that balance humanity with performance.
I’m also the founder of Fractional People People, a community for HR solopreneurs and fractional leaders redefining what flexible, human-centered work can look like, as well as a GTM and product advisor for HRTech companies and an angel investor, where I support women-led innovation and leadership.
Across all of my work - advising, facilitating, investing or community building - my focus is on creating authentic spaces where people feel safe to grow, learn, and laugh while doing the real work of leading with intention.
